I Face Parimatch Wheel of Fortune Bonus Locking My Funds

I deposited 2,000 INR into my Parimatch account on April 7 at 3:34 PM, but the amount was automatically locked under the “Wheel of Fortune” sports betting bonus. I did not intend to use this bonus, and I did not want my deposited funds to be restricted in this way.

As a result, my money is currently shown as locked under the bonus instead of being available in my main wallet balance. I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any proper response or resolution so far.

My request is simple: I want the Wheel of Fortune bonus to be completely canceled and my 2,000 INR deposit to be released and transferred back to my main wallet balance. I do not wish to use or keep this bonus; I only want full access to my own deposited funds.

I kindly request that Parimatch urgently cancel the bonus linked to this deposit, unblock my 2,000 INR, and provide clear confirmation once this has been completed.
