Parimatch Support Closed Chat Without Solving Deposit Issue

I am writing to report an issue I experienced with Parimatch regarding a failed deposit made through SBI UPI. On April 3, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹5,000 to my Parimatch account using SBI UPI. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch balance.
After noticing that the money did not appear in my Parimatch account, I opened a support ticket. In the support chat, I was asked to provide the merchant UPI ID as shown on the transaction page. However, for privacy reasons, the merchant UPI ID is not visible on my side, so I was unable to provide the requested information.
Instead of offering an alternative solution or properly assisting me, the chat was closed, and I am no longer able to respond or continue the conversation. Because of this experience, I have lost trust in the platform and no longer wish to continue using Parimatch.
I respectfully request that the ₹5,000 deducted from my SBI UPI account on April 3, 2026, be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible, since the amount was taken but never credited to my Parimatch account, and I have not received any effective support or resolution.



Is there an option to respond to the ticket? I couldn't find it
