Deposit Not Reflected To My Parimatch Account

I made a deposit of ₹1000 to my Parimatch account on 24 February 2026 using PhonePe, but the money was deducted from my PhonePe balance and has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. The PhonePe transaction shows successful, and the UTR/reference number for this payment is 114942218800. I tried to submit the payment screenshot as requested, but I was unable to resend it again through your system and therefore could not complete the verification properly. Because of this, my ₹1000 remains missing even though the payment was successfully processed on PhonePe’s side. I request that this deposit be checked and credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, or that you provide a clear solution so I do not lose this amount due to a technical issue in your system.
