₹500 Deposit Restricted by Bonus Terms on Parimatch

I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch account registered under the name Atharva on April 24, 2026, at around 2:30 PM to use in live games. However, after completing the deposit, the amount was automatically locked as a bonus, preventing me from using it freely as I intended. I did not opt into any bonus conditions, and I was not clearly informed that my deposit would be restricted in this way. As a result, I am unable to use my own funds normally within the platform. I have also been unable to find a way to contact Parimatch customer support to resolve this issue. I request that the ₹500 deposit be removed from the bonus lock and restored as a normal balance, or otherwise released according to standard balance rules so that I can use the funds as originally intended.
