Unable to Transfer Funds from My Papara Account Despite Providing Documents

I am experiencing a major issue with my Papara account. While I can make purchases, withdraw cash from ATMs, deposit money, and even transfer funds to other Papara users, I cannot transfer money to external accounts. For the past 22 hours, I have repeatedly contacted customer service and submitted documents four times as requested, yet no clear explanation or solution has been provided.
Papara representatives only respond with vague assurances of resolving the issue "soon" without giving a valid reason for blocking my transfer rights. Meanwhile, the delay is causing me financial harm, as I cannot add funds to my trading account, which is now at risk of liquidation.
This lack of transparency and action is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will pursue legal action against Papara and its representatives for financial and emotional damages. I demand an urgent resolution and clear communication regarding this matter.
