Papara’s Lack of Cooperation and Concealment Regarding Suspicious Transfers

To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding Papara Bank’s failure to cooperate in ongoing investigations concerning substantial financial transfers sent to 231 different Papara accounts, all of which are linked to an unlicensed and illegal company operating outside Turkey, namely IQ Option. I personally transferred large amounts of money to these accounts via Papara, and the funds were immediately deposited into my account on the IQ Option platform, clearly indicating a direct relationship between these Papara accounts and the mentioned company. I have already filed multiple official complaints regarding this matter, including one with the Central Bank of Turkey, and some investigations have already begun. Despite this, Papara has so far refused to provide any information about these accounts (such as the names of recipients in first request and they sent it after alot of requests , account verification status, or the nature of their activity). What raises further suspicion is that Papara did send me a copy of my account statement, but deliberately removed the names of the recipients, which strongly suggests an intention to hide facts and cover up suspicious financial activities. Papara’s refusal to assist or provide information in this serious matter serves as strong evidence of potential collusion with IQ Option, and indicates facilitation of financial operations for a foreign and unauthorized company, which poses a serious risk to the integrity of the Turkish financial system. Accordingly, I demand the initiation of a thorough investigation into the following points: Why has Papara refused to disclose information about these 231 accounts despite official requests? How were these accounts allowed to receive large sums despite being unverified or exceeding legal transaction limits? What is the nature of Papara’s relationship, if any, with IQ Option?
