Papara Left Me Without Support for My Refund Request

I made a transfer to a site, but the money was not transferred to the site. I want to get a refund and cancel the money transfer, but there is no such button on Papara. Despite waiting for several days, the money is still stuck, and the site has not processed the transfer. I haven’t touched or used the money, yet I’m unable to retrieve it. The other party is not transferring the money back, and customer support has been unresponsive so far. It’s frustrating not to have a clear cancellation or refund option available on Papara’s platform. I want to cancel the transfer and get a refund, but I can never find such a button or anything similar on Papara, leaving me stuck with no solution.
