Papara IBAN Transfer Didn’t Go Through — How to Resolve It Fast

I am a Papara Card user, and today (October 31, 2025) in Istanbul, I tried to transfer the balance in my account to another bank via IBAN. However, the transaction did not go through, and the money transfer failed. I have experienced a similar issue before.

I contacted Papara customer service regarding the problem, but I have not received any response yet. My account has sufficient balance, and my customer number is 180**203.

I request that the money be transferred as soon as possible and that this technical issue be permanently resolved.
