I Can’t Activate My Papara Fan Card Due to Account Creation Error

On June 12, 2025, I purchased a Papara Fan Card and attempted to activate it by creating an account. As required, I entered both my phone number and Google account, but I was met with an error message that says, “We are unable to complete your membership process.”

I’ve followed all the instructions correctly, and yet I’m stuck at this stage with no clear explanation. The system won’t let me proceed, which means I can’t activate or use the card I just paid for. This issue needs to be addressed immediately—there is no point in promoting a product if users can’t even activate it due to technical glitches.

Papara, I’m calling on your team to urgently resolve this error and enable account creation so I can activate and use my card. Please don’t ignore this issue—users expect your system to work smoothly, especially for basic account registration.
