Papara Unverified Account Problem

172I can’t verify my Papara account. Ever since I created the account, whenever I try to verify it, I enter my birth date, citizenship number, and my email, and when I press continue, it starts loading but then shows an error saying, “Unverified account required for this transaction.” My account is already unverified, so I don’t understand why it acts as if my account is already verified when I’m trying to verify it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the same issue keeps happening. I also sent an email to Papara support, but I haven’t received any helpful response yet. This issue is preventing me from using the account properly, and I just want to complete the verification process without more errors.
