Papara Closed My Account Without Reason and Won't Let Me Verify a New One

I created a Papara account a few years ago, but unfortunately, before I could even complete any transactions, my account was permanently shut down. I haven't received a straightforward explanation for why this occurred, and now, every time I attempt to create a new account, I am unable to finish the verification process, regardless of my efforts. I completed all the required steps and sent the necessary documents to the support team via email, yet I remain without a solution. I simply want to access the service like everyone else, but it seems like I'm facing obstacles. I really hope someone from Papara can assist me with this issue, as it's quite frustrating to feel ignored for such an extended period.

These responses you provide are already automatic copy-paste responses. You still haven't explained to me why my account was closed and why I couldn't verify a new account. I am waiting for this explanation.
