Nike Shoes Fail After 3 Days! Brand New Purchase Denied Exchange Despite Defect

Only 2 weeks and 3 days back, I purchased a pair of shoes from the Nike store at Adana Real Mall without checking them, relying on the brand. After three days, I realized they were not working properly. I returned them to the store, and the staff verified the problem. They specifically noted on the exchange form that a manufacturing defect was present and an exchange was required. Two weeks later, I got a call from the store today, but unfortunately, they denied my exchange request. The store employee informed me that the shoes would be delivered on Monday and mentioned that I could contact the Consumer Arbitration Board with my receipt if needed. When I inquired about the omission of our second inspection, the store employee responded, "We are aware of the results, so I recommended proceeding directly to the Arbitration Board." Now, even though I trust the Nike brand, I'm stuck handling a faulty product. I have been left to handle this defective item by myself. It's up to you to decide. I would like to address an issue.
