My Pandora Moments Sparkling Blue Bracelet Turned Black in 15 Days

I purchased the Pandora Moments Sparkling Blue product from Istanbul Aqua Florya Pandora store on May 26, 2024. The product turned black within 15 days. When I took the product to IstinyePark Pandora on June 12 and asked for it to be examined, when I insisted that it was normal for it to darken, it was sent for so-called examination and was cleaned and sent back without being examined. Later, when I sent an e-mail about this, I received a ridiculous response that this was normal. Thereupon, I bought the cleaning kit they recommended in case this kind of darkening occurs. For the next 15 days, my bracelet turned black again, and the darkening did not disappear with the cleaning kit I bought. It decreased but did not disappear. Since it doesn't help in any way with this, Although even the 3-cent bracelets we buy from the market do not tarnish or rust, the product I paid 3 thousand TL for was pitch black. For my dissatisfaction that I paid so much money and could not officially wear it because it was constantly darkening, Because they still defend the product for which even the cleaning kit they sell is useless, While my friends who bought it have used it for two years and it has not tarnished at all, mine darkens every 15 days, which indicates that the product is defective. I am complaining to Pandora company. I am waiting for their feedback with their solutions on the issue.
