I was disappointed when my voucher was rejected due to a discrepancy between the campaign date and the voucher date. It seems that the problem arose because of Prima Club's slow processing of vouchers, which led to confusion on my part. Even though they insist that the application has been renewed, it doesn't seem that way! The rewards haven't been updated for weeks, and it appears that receipts and suggestions are being overlooked. I am extremely disappointed with the company and cannot in good conscience recommend them.
