I bought a pack of Pampers, but there were fewer diapers inside than stated. How do I file a complaint and where should I report it?

If the number of diapers in the pack doesn’t match what’s stated on the packaging, it’s grounds for an official complaint. What to do:

Keep the packaging, receipt, and remaining diapers. Do not throw away even the empty pack — it includes the batch number and other important details.

Take photo or video evidence showing the labeled quantity and the actual number of diapers inside.

Contact the store where you made the purchase and request that they file a formal complaint.

If the store refuses, reach out directly to Pampers customer support via their official website or social media. Include photos, video, receipt, and a description of the issue.

In your complaint, specify:
– where and when the purchase was made,
– the batch number,
– how many diapers were missing.

❗ If you are denied a refund or receive no response, 👉submit a complaint on Xolvie👈. This will help draw attention to the issue and protect other parents!
