N11 Stopped Paycell Payments and My Gift Money Is About to Expire

As part of Paycell and N11's campaign, I received N11 gift money. However, when I attempted to use it for payment, N11 informed me that they had stopped accepting Paycell payments owing to a system failure or for another reason, and I was instructed to wait. Meanwhile, the expiration date for my gift money is approaching, and N11 has not presented a remedy. This problem is causing me a great deal of inconvenience. I am seeking that N11 compensate my loss with a N11 discount. For customer satisfaction, I expect my problem to be remedied quickly. I had hoped for faster and more efficient service from N11, but the continued wait is quite disappointing.
