I’m beyond frustrated with Agoda’s so-called cashback program. I booked a hotel stay through Agoda (Reservation #1508921833), completed the stay, and the hotel has fully confirmed everything on their end—yet Agoda still claims they are “waiting for layover confirmation” from the hotel. That’s just not true. I personally contacted the hotel, and they immediately sent me all the reservation confirmation documents, clearly showing my stay was valid and completed. So why is Agoda stalling?

It feels like Agoda is deliberately delaying or avoiding paying out my cashback. This isn’t what I expected from a company this big. I did everything right—booked through the platform, stayed at the hotel, and followed the process. Now I’m being ignored?
