I’m beyond frustrated with Agoda’s so-called cashback program. I booked a hotel stay through Agoda (Reservation #1508921833), completed the stay, and the hotel has fully confirmed everything on their end—yet Agoda still claims they are “waiting for layover confirmation” from the hotel. That’s just not true. I personally contacted the hotel, and they immediately sent me all the reservation confirmation documents, clearly showing my stay was valid and completed. So why is Agoda stalling?
