I Didn’t Receive My Hotels.com Reward Points from a May Booking
I’m extremely disappointed with Hotels.com. I booked a stay through the platform in May, and according to their policy, I was supposed to receive Reward points within 35 days. That deadline has long passed, and my points are still missing. After finally reaching customer service—which is nearly impossible—they told me the points would appear within 35 days. When that didn’t happen, I contacted them again, and the next agent promised I’d get them within 72 hours. Guess what? Still nothing.
The lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. Every time I reach out, I get a different excuse or a vague time frame. There is no clear support, and it feels like they’re deliberately ignoring the issue.
It’s gotten to the point where I’m seriously questioning whether Hotels.com is financially stable. I’ve lost confidence in the platform and no longer feel safe booking through them. I demand my missing Rewards points be credited immediately and expect a professional explanation as to why this has taken so long.
If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll stop using Hotels.com altogether and encourage others to do the same.
