On September 16, 2025, I placed an order for 2 sets (3 bottles each), for a total of 6 bottles of Palmolive Smoothies Peach Shower Gel 450 ml from Hepsiburada – Colgate-Palmolive Personal Care Center (Order No: 472 667 744 8). When I opened the package, I realized that there were only 5 bottles instead of 6. I immediately reported to Hepsiburada that the order was incomplete and uploaded photos of the products I received. However, customer service insisted that 6 items had been shipped and rejected my request.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue with this company. I am requesting that the missing product be sent to me or that I receive a refund for the missing item. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved.
