Requesting Refund After Palmolive Delivered to Wrong Address

On August 14, 2025, I placed an order for 4 units of Colgate Palmolive White Soap on Hepsiburada from the seller “Colgate Palmolive Personal Care Center” (Order No: 456 050 783 7, total amount approximately $5). Immediately after placing the order, I tried to change the delivery address, but the system did not allow it. When I attempted to cancel the address change, the system also refused to process it.

Because of this, I contacted Hepsiburada customer service twice. During the first call, I was told, “Call us once the package is shipped, and we’ll fix it.” When I called again during the shipping process, I was then informed that an address change or cancellation was no longer possible. I believe these calls are documented in their system, and I request that they be reviewed.

As a result, the package was sent to the wrong address twice and returned without delivery. Since I do not live at that address, it was impossible for me to receive the order. I am requesting that my order be canceled and the $5 refunded. After this experience, I no longer wish to shop on Hepsiburada.
