Watsons Failed to Add Promised Refund After Damaged Delivery

On August 30, 2025, I placed an online order (No: 0284295941) from Watsons, and my Fa Men roll-on arrived broken while the Palmolive shower gels had leaked inside the package. The order was delivered to my home address in Fethiye, Muğla. I paid a total of approximately $26 for the products.
I immediately reported the issue to customer service, and I was told that about $3 would be credited to my account. However, despite several days passing, no credit was added. I then tried to contact customer service again, but I was never able to reach them. This was my first online purchase from Watsons, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
I have not requested a return or taken any further action, as I was waiting for customer service to follow up. I am requesting that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the promised amount be credited to my account.
