I've been using hair dye for a long time, and I've never had anything like what happened to me after I used Palette hair dye. The product gave me a huge wound on my scalp. Within hours of using it, I was in a lot of pain, and touching the wound made it hurt even more. I did an allergy test and followed the directions, but I still had a reaction. I've included a picture of my hair to show how the product hurt it, and some of my hair has even fallen out from where it hurt. The support team hasn't answered my email, so I'm waiting for the Palette company to explain, apologize, and compensate. As new information comes out, I will let you know.
