I washed my hair immediately, but a serious wound developed on my scalp, and bleeding started. My scalp is literally split and is now very red and sensitive. I have used Palette products before, but I have never experienced such a reaction. The product’s batch number is: 2869278. This incident has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
