Schwarzkopf Palette Gave Me Severe Scalp Burn
Today, I used Schwarzkopf Palette hair dye in shades 10.1 and 12.1, purchased from the 365 AVM Watsons store. While using it, the smell was much stronger and different than usual. Immediately after dyeing my hair, I felt an intense burning sensation on my scalp, as if it were bleeding. I washed my hair immediately, but a serious wound developed on my scalp, and bleeding started. My scalp is literally split and is now very red and sensitive. I have used Palette products before, but I have never experienced such a reaction. The product’s batch number is: 2869278. This incident has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
