Palette 10.1 Hair Dye Turned My Blonde Hair Brown!

At Migros, I purchased a Palette 10.1 ashy light blonde hair dye; however, to my utter surprise, the box actually contained a 4.65 brown hair dye. I didn't realize this until after I had already dyed my hair, which is why my once-blonde hair is now dark brown. It's a big wake-up call for life! The only way to fix this is to pay extra money to get my blonde hair fixed at the salon, which I will have to do. When they package the items, don't they bother checking the colors? I demand compensation for not only the monetary but also the emotional damages.
