I chose L’Oréal Paris Excellence 8.11 Extra Ash Blonde hair dye specifically because it claimed to prevent brassiness. However, after dyeing my hair, the roots turned orange while the lengths and ends became green and gray. On top of that, the ends of my hair became stiff, and it suffered permanent damage. I followed all the instructions on the box carefully and did not apply anything extra. I bought two boxes of the product from Migros Online Market, paying ₺320 for each. My hair is now in terrible condition, and I have to attend a wedding tomorrow. Getting such a result from a major brand like L’Oréal Paris is deeply disappointing. Moreover, I couldn’t find any complaint line or customer service support on the brand’s official website. I expect immediate assistance to restore my hair to its original condition, compensation for the damage I’ve suffered, and an urgent response. Even the hair dyes I’ve bought from BİM are of better quality—this feels downright misleading.

I absolutely do not accept your explanation that 'the product equipment was complete' and that 'this result occurred due to my previous hair color.' My hair color was previously light ashy blonde, and this shade is fully compatible with the 'anti-orange' promises stated on the product’s own packaging. Despite following the dye instructions exactly, my hair turned a green-gray shade, my roots became orange, and the ends of my hair became seriously stiff. This situation is clearly a product-related issue and cannot be explained by user error. I can prove the situation with visuals and documents. I do not find it acceptable for your brand to dismiss such a result as an 'excuse.' I would also like to specifically state that, if necessary, I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I expect concrete compensation or support from the brand for the resolution of the issue.
