Unauthorized Paddle Charges - No Subscription

On May 12, 2026 and again on June 12, 2026, I was charged $29.99 each time on my card ending in 6468 for a “Chatbotai” subscription processed by Paddle.com. These charges are unauthorized, as I have not knowingly subscribed to this service and I do not know where this subscription originates from. I only noticed the issue after checking my bank account in detail and saw that the $29.99 charge had appeared twice, on 05/12/2026 and 06/12/2026. I have no account or visible subscription that I can locate for Chatbotai, which makes it impossible for me to manage or cancel anything from my side. I request a full refund of both unauthorized charges, totaling $59.98, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card ending in 6468, and written confirmation that I will not be charged again in the future. I also ask for clarification on how this subscription was created in the first place, as I did not knowingly subscribe to this service.
