Unauthorized Paddle.net Charge On Truist Bank Card
On March 30, 2026, a charge of 9.99 USD from “Paddle.net” appeared on my Truist Bank card ending in 0725, even though I did not make any such purchase or knowingly subscribe to any service through Paddle. I checked my email addresses and found no related order, invoice, or subscription information, and I am not aware of any product, app, or website that I have authorized to bill me via Paddle.net. I also reached out to Paddle, but I have not received any response so far. I consider this an unauthorized transaction and I am respectfully requesting a full refund of the 9.99 USD and the cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card, if one has been created without my clear consent. I also request written confirmation that this issue has been resolved so that I can be sure no further unauthorized charges will occur.
