Paddle.net Continues Discounting My Money Almost A Year

I had a paid 3‑month subscription to the EWA language learning app via Paddle.net. I used the app for about a week, did not like it, and tried to cancel immediately. Despite this, charges of 39.99 USD continued to be taken from my bank account through PayPal on 5 May 2025, 5 August 2025, 5 November 2025, and 5 February 2026. I have several emails confirming that I canceled the subscription many times. I also contacted EWA / Paddle.net customer support by email, and they told me that the issue was “ready” or resolved, but this is not true because the payments continued to be taken from my account. I request a full refund of the four unauthorized charges of 39.99 USD each, to be returned to my account, and for my subscription and any future payments to be completely canceled. I also ask you to send me written confirmation that my subscription has been permanently cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my PayPal or bank account.
