Oysho Still Hasn’t Refunded My Pants Order After 10 Days
I ordered a medium-sized Oysho snap-button pants through Trendyol (Order No: 10552822518). After the order was marked as shipped, it was returned to the seller before ever reaching me. However, it’s now been almost 10 days, and my $87 (2,540 TRY) refund still hasn’t been processed. The return status has been stuck at “under review” for days, and despite submitting multiple complaints, no resolution or update has been provided.
When I contacted Trendyol’s customer service, they told me the issue would be resolved soon — but there has still been no progress. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a delay, and I find it completely unacceptable that I received no communication from Trendyol Express, which was supposed to handle the delivery.
I’m requesting that my refund be processed immediately and that Trendyol take accountability for the poor handling and lack of communication regarding this order.
