Oysho Ignored My Return Request for a $172 Online Order

I made an online purchase worth about $172 (5,000 TRY) from Oysho (Order No: 60055279849, Return No: 2005606358). Despite submitting a return request and contacting customer service multiple times, I have not received any response or refund to date. This complete lack of communication and action has left me feeling frustrated and mistreated as a customer.

I urgently request that Oysho process my return immediately and refund the full amount I paid without any further delay. This ongoing lack of support for a simple refund issue is unacceptable for a major retail brand.
