I Faced Rude Behavior and Poor Service at Oysho Kentpark

On Tuesday, December 3, at 5:45 PM, I had an incredibly frustrating shopping experience at the Oysho Kentpark branch. A staff member in the fitting room, who was supposed to assist with organizing products, approached us with an unprofessional attitude. Initially, she refused to let us use the fitting rooms. After some back and forth, we were finally allowed to try on items. When we requested a specific product, she claimed it would take 30 minutes to bring it. We agreed, but she then suggested we search for it ourselves. If we could find it, we wouldn’t have asked her for help! The size options available, XXS and S, didn’t fit, and her reluctance to assist was evident. She eventually left without resolving our issue, only to chat with another employee at the register. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially for someone being paid to provide service. I expect Oysho to address this issue and improve their staff’s professionalism. This shopping experience was entirely disappointing!
