Cotton On Staff Ignored My Request and Handled My Purchase with Disrespect
I went to the Cotton On store recently and was really let down by their customer service. I wanted to buy a few things, so I asked the staff if they had any other sizes in stock. The staff member completely ignored my request, claiming they didn’t have any help to offer without even trying to look into it. She sounded really distant and not very supportive, which honestly turned me off. Even so, I went ahead and made my purchase, but the basic courtesy was still missing. After I paid, the staff member just threw the bag onto the counter instead of handing it to me nicely. The vibe and unprofessional behavior didn't sit well with me. Cotton On really needs to sort out these service problems quickly.
