Don't Expect Either Quality Or Customer Support From OYSHO




The products I purchased from the Antalya branch last month turned out like this after just one workout without washing or doing anything. Threads are coming out of everywhere, as evidenced by the photo. OYSHO is not a performance brand where you pay the bare minimum and expect the average. In this economy, if someone spends this much money on sportswear, they expect quality and good service. Customer service is another issue. Before writing any reviews, I tried to explain my problem and get help, but the representative directed me to the store in Antalya, which was closed for repairs. When I contacted them again, stating that the store is apparently closed until September, they said they couldn't do anything and told me to either wait three months for the store to reopen or go to another city, as if either of the options were so simple. When I asked if they could let me send the items for checking by posting them because the situation was exceptional, they declined. Paying this much money and getting such poor service is simply unacceptable. I recommend reading Google Maps reviews before purchasing any product; unfortunately, I looked too late and discovered how many people were complaining. I hope this brand does not continue to operate in Turkey unless they improve their customer service.
