Tommy Hilfiger Sent Me Defective Trousers Twice and I Have to Pay for Exchange

I used to be a regular customer of this brand, but its quality has definitely not matched the price. My wife bought trousers and perfume from the Nişantaşı City store for her birthday, and after wearing the trousers only once, with no washing or anything, the threads started coming loose. The product was sent for review, and when a replacement was issued with the same product, the same issue happened. The threads came loose again, and after being worn only twice, the trousers even tore! They were sent for review again, and an exchange was approved, but the issue now is that only one model of trousers is available for exchange, while the rest are from the new season at absurdly high prices. I had multiple options for ₺2600, but now I have to pay at least ₺2500 for the exchange, even though it’s the brand’s fault! If my complaint is not addressed, I will share it on social media first, and then file a complaint with Consumer Rights!
