Outfit7 Unauthorized 1,539₺ Charge Taken Through Google Without My Consent
On 29/07/2023, Outfit7 withdrew 1,539₺ from my credit card via Google without any notice or my permission. I never authorized this payment, nor was I informed about any such transaction.
This situation has caused me serious financial and emotional distress. I hold both Google and VakıfBank responsible for this issue—Google for processing an unauthorized charge, and VakıfBank for failing to prevent it despite supposed security protections. Such a large withdrawal should have been flagged and confirmed before being processed.
I demand a full refund of the 1,539₺ immediately. I also request a thorough investigation into how this unauthorized transaction occurred and expect stronger security measures to be put in place so that no other customers face similar problems in the future.
