I Face Outfit7 Game Unauthorized Charge And Contact Number Issue

On April 18, 2023, without any prior warning or notification, Outfit7 charged ₺60 from my account. The same thing happened again on June 22, 2023. Both charges were made without my consent, and I have not received any explanation. This practice is highly unprofessional and feels like taking advantage of customers who expect transparency and fairness in billing. I am requesting a full refund of these unauthorized charges immediately. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to pursue my legal rights to the fullest extent. Customers should not have to deal with surprise deductions on their accounts when playing a game. Outfit7 must address this problem and compensate for the inconvenience caused.
