On June 28, 2023, my 2-year-old daughter was playing with my phone, and without my approval, a charge of ₺1539.99 was made from my credit card to Google Outfit7. This transaction was completed without any authorization from me, which I find completely unacceptable. I never received any confirmation request or security check before this large amount was taken. I immediately requested a refund because this is clearly an unauthorized purchase. It is extremely frustrating that such a transaction can be processed so easily without the account holder’s explicit consent. I demand the full refund of my money as soon as possible. If my request is ignored, I will escalate the matter by involving my lawyer, M** D***, and will take all possible legal actions to protect my rights.
