Hello, on 16/03/2024, Outfit7 withdrew 77.99₺ from my Ziraat Bank account via Google without my knowledge or consent. I never signed up for any membership, nor did I authorize this payment.

This appears to be an unauthorized transaction, and it has caused me financial inconvenience. I kindly request that the charge be fully investigated, the 77.99₺ refunded to my account, and that any membership or subscription tied to this withdrawal be immediately canceled.

I expect Outfit7 to ensure this kind of issue does not happen again. Customers should never have to worry about unauthorized charges being taken from their accounts.
