Outfit7 Unauthorized 154.99₺ Charge Without Any Subscription
Hello, on 07/09/2023, Outfit7 withdrew 154.99₺ from my account through Google without my knowledge or approval. I did not make any purchase on this date, nor do I have any active membership or subscription with Outfit7.
This was a completely unauthorized charge, and I request that it be investigated immediately. The 154.99₺ must be refunded to my account, and if there is any hidden subscription or recurring payment linked to this, it should be canceled at once.
Customers should not be charged for services they never signed up for. I expect a prompt resolution and assurance that similar unauthorized withdrawals will not happen again.
