Otelz.com Has Not Paid Me Despite Daily Emails and Calls for a Month

We are unable to receive our payments, and despite sending multiple emails, we haven't received any response. When we try to connect to accounting, they leave us listening to hold music for at least 10 minutes before answering, and when they finally do, they just resend the same email to the address we've already sent 3-4 emails to every day. Our regional representatives do not answer their phones, which is quite frustrating— isn’t that supposed to be their job? It seems no one is keeping them informed. They quickly assisted hotels that complained, so clearly, it’s possible to resolve these issues. I will be taking legal action tomorrow. We are essentially hosting people for free, and this situation is beyond absurd. For almost a month now, we’ve been sending emails and calling daily to get this sorted.

The return happened, but of course it didn't help; the situation is still the same :)
