I run a hotel in Dalaman, Muğla, and we're currently dealing with unpaid dues from Otelz dating back to 2024 and 2025. I want to share our frustrating experience and issue a strong warning about Otelz. We've called Otelz's support line countless times – probably over a hundred – to demand payment. Every single time, we're told they'll "inform accounting," and then they just hang up. Our hotel hasn't received a penny. When we finally got in touch with Ayhan, their regional representative for Muğla, the response was even more shocking: he bluntly told us that payment wouldn't be made and that pursuing legal action would be a waste of time, as the case would drag on forever. Because of this, we've decided to stop accepting any guests through Otelz. They simply aren't paying their dues to our hotel. To anyone considering booking through Otelz, I strongly advise against it. Don't use Otelz if you want to avoid being stranded or facing payment issues at the hotel reception.
