Otelz.com Delays Boutique Hotels Payments

Dealing with Otelz.com and their accounting department has gotten really tiresome for me as a boutique hotel operator. For months, we have battled with them to collect payment from our clients, but they still haven't paid us. They have shown a lack of interest in responding to our emails and are otherwise unhelpful. Whenever I ask how long it will be before I hear "as soon as possible," they say it will be paid. How many months, three days, or five? It's enough. What a waste of time and energy to construct such a well-designed system and then run into these issues.
