Otelz Withholding Payments Since October 2024 – No Support
Our business has been a loyal member of Otelz for over 10 years, but since October 18, 2024, we have not received any payments for our services. Multiple attempts to reach Otelz’s customer service have been completely unhelpful. Despite contacting the call center and our regional representative, no one answers our calls, nor have they followed up. We hosted four different guests during this time, and each of them paid Otelz directly. Yet, we are being told there’s a “virtual card issue” with no indication of when it will be resolved.
On top of that, when we reached out for assistance, a representative named G**** was incredibly rude, raising her voice and speaking dismissively as if we were in the wrong. This behavior is unacceptable. We are simply asking for the payments owed to us and for Otelz to address this issue respectfully and professionally.
