Otelz Has Not Paid $579 for Completed Hotel Reservation

I am writing on behalf of La Quin** by Wyndham Batumi, located in Batumi, Georgia, regarding an unpaid reservation made through the Otelz platform. A guest stayed at our property in November, and according to our agreement and the information in the system, the payment for this reservation was supposed to be transferred to our hotel by December 19. The total amount that Otelz was required to pay for this reservation is $579.

Despite the time that has passed since the due date, no payment has been made to our hotel for this stay. We have attempted to contact Otelz multiple times by email and phone regarding this outstanding amount, but we have not received any response or resolution. This situation has created a serious breach of trust and a financial issue for our property.

We request that the unpaid reservation amount of $579 for the November stay be urgently transferred to our hotel account and that we be provided with a clear explanation for the delay and lack of communication.
