Recently, I’ve encountered repeated issues where payment is deducted from my Otelz wallet, but I’m still required to pay again at the hotel upon arrival. This is not just inconvenient—it’s financially damaging and incredibly stressful.
For example, my reservation at Magna Manastır Hotel (Reservation #5516393) was canceled because the hotel was under construction and closed. However, I still haven’t received a refund despite never staying there.
In another case, Reservation #5524970 at Mihman Hotel, payment was successfully deducted from my wallet, yet Otelz never transferred the funds to the hotel, forcing me to pay again at check-in just to access the room.
This is unacceptable. I’m tired of being left in the middle of miscommunication and financial mishandling. I demand a full and immediate refund for both reservations, and I urge Otelz.com to fix its broken payment system before more customers are affected.
