Otelz.com Delaying Payments to Our Hotel Due to "Virtual Card Issue"

For the past 1.5 months, Otelz.com has continuously delayed payments to our hotel, claiming issues with their virtual card system. Despite providing full service to guests, issuing invoices, and ensuring their satisfaction, we have yet to receive any of our due payments. Each time we contact Otelz, we’re told that payments cannot be transferred to our IBAN because they’re bound to the virtual card method, and no alternative solution is offered. Attempts to reach their accounting team have also gone unanswered. This ongoing issue is causing serious financial strain, and I am now requesting immediate assistance from Otelz to resolve this and provide the funds that we are owed.
