Otelz Didn't Pay for Guests Who Stayed at My Property

I operate Seahousehotel in Ağva, Şile, and since 2023, I have not received payment for guest reservations made through Otelz. My property ID in the Otelz system is 546315.

During this period, every reservation booked through Otelz was fully honored. All guests stayed at my property as scheduled, many received breakfast as included in their reservation, every room was cleaned after check-out, and additional housekeeping requests were also fulfilled. Despite providing all agreed-upon accommodation and hospitality services, I have not received payment for any of these reservations.

Otelz currently owes my business $1,566. However, when accommodation costs, breakfast expenses, cleaning, staffing, and other operating costs are taken into account, I estimate that my total financial loss has reached approximately $2,146. I have repeatedly attempted to contact my regional account representative by phone, but my calls have gone unanswered. I have also sent multiple emails without receiving any response. After nearly two years of waiting, the continued failure to pay for services that were fully provided has caused my business significant financial hardship.

I cannot accept providing accommodation and hospitality services to Otelz customers without receiving the agreed payment. I request the immediate and full payment of the $1,566 owed to my business. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue all legal remedies available to recover my outstanding receivable and the damages I have suffered.
