Grand Marrakech Bursa Refused Refund After Shortened Stay
I booked a stay at Grand Marrakech Pansiyon in Bursa through Otelz and paid for two nights in advance, in cash. Due to unexpected bad weather, I decided to leave after the first night and informed the staff. A staff member assured me there would be no issue refunding the second night's payment. However, after leaving, I was told they would not refund my money, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. I traveled all the way from Ordu for a short vacation, only to experience this unfair treatment. I demand the immediate refund of my unused night's payment. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be resolved promptly.
