Hotel Reservation Through Otelz.com Not Recognized by the Hotel

I booked a reservation through Otelz.com, but upon arrival, the hotel informed me that the reservation was not reflected in their system. As a result, my reservation was not recognized or accepted. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and no solution has been provided so far.
I am disappointed with Otelz.com and vow never to use their platform again. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately, and I will not drop the matter until it is addressed. Customers should not have to face such inconvenience and lack of accountability when using a booking platform. Otelz.com must act quickly to ensure the reservation is honored or provide a full refund.
