OshKosh B'Gosh Rude Customer Service & Impossible Online Returns

I had an unpleasant encounter with a customer service representative at OshKosh B'Gosh. Her behavior was quite unpleasant. I bought Kid Colorblock High Top Sneakers for my son as a present during the recent sale, but unfortunately, they turned out to be too large when he tried them on. I contacted them to clarify the process for returning them. The representative refused to assist me and insisted that I go to a physical store for the return. Unfortunately, the closest store is quite a distance away, and she completely disregarded my worry. When I asked to speak to her manager, she insisted that she didn't have one. I requested to lodge a complaint, but she informed me that there was no established procedure for such matters. I've never experienced such abysmal customer service or return policy before. Avoid this company at all costs.
